  • What's your sizing on clothing?
    Each product listing has a size chart on the description of the listing. Please email us with any questions about sizing.
  • Do you offer alterations?
    Yes! We offer alterations on clothing purchased through our website and through pop-ups. When you need something altered, please leave a note during checkout or contact us with your name, email and order number.
  • What types of alterations do you offer?
    We currently offer alterations on sleeves, and hems. If there are any special customization requests, please contact us before placing your order.
  • Do you offer repairs on your bags?
    Yes! With each purchase of our iconic bags comes with a lifetime guarantee of repairs. If anything happens to your bag, please contact us and we'll give you instructions on where to send your bag for repairs.
  • How do I care for my product(s)?
    On the product listings you will find care instructions. If you are concerned about shrinking, we recommend washing your products and hang drying them or spot clean where necessary. Tumble dry low is the safest setting to dry if putting it in dryer.
  • I'm having trouble viewing the site.
    Our website is best viewed on Chrome or Firefox. Try using other browsers to view the website. If quick view function isn't working, try using Chrome browser.
  • I'm interested in modeling/collaborating with your brand!
    If you are interested in modeling and/or collaborating and you totally vibe with the brand (either it be influencer, photographer, artist, videographer etc.), please contact us by sending us an email or feel free to send us a message on any of our social platforms.   • What's your shipping policy?
    We ship anywhere within the US & internationally to Mexico, Canada, Australia and the UK. If you live in another country not listed, please contact us and we can ship it to you. Please allow 1 - 7 days depending on your location to arrive after processing (1-2 days). We ship quickly and most orders within the same day.
  • What shipping carriers do you use?
    Most orders ship via USPS. We may ship via FedEx for larger orders.
  • What is your return policy?
    If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, at this time, contact us to return your item(s). We will give you instructions on where to send back your item(s) for a full refund. Refunds are only for item(s) delivered within and up to 30 days at time of delivery. You will be refunded once we receive the item back. It may take up to 7 business days after item(s) are received.
